Do you ever want a round of applause or at least a good job or well done for living your life?

Well, I do. I want a round of applause for continuing my life with a smile even though I always get stared at JUST GETTING UP, commented on and look at weirdly by other people, I want a good job you made it. We all are survivors no matter your gender, race, abilities, sexual orientation etc. We all have hard obstacles in life that we survive. Let me just say to you well done you did it! you survived! and you will keep on surviving I know you will.

I agree 100% with this for multiple reasons. i also want to put myself as an example here, I am a dancer,author and singer which means I am going to have high expectations for myself. I always felt like I wasn’t good enough for anyone or I didn’t deserve the things that came my way, I’ve had many suicidal thought in the past such as “maybe if im dead then other people will be happier“ or “maybe they’ll think I’m more useful being dead” and things like that. Because I have such high expectations for myself, whenever I didn’t meet one then a feeing of pure disappointment build up inside of me and it takes all my might to keep…
